Privacy notice

Last updated 7 September 2026. This notice covers the Phoenix waitlist and website. It will be replaced by a full privacy policy before any product launches.

Who we are

Sienna Fintech Ltd ("Sienna", "we") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number [company number], registered office [registered address], and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration [ICO registration number]. What we collect and why

• Waitlist details. Your email address and, if you choose to tell us, the amount you would set aside on payday and the kinds of debt you are paying off. We use these to hold your place, to contact you about Phoenix, and to decide what to build first. Lawful basis: consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
• Calculator inputs. Figures you type into the payday calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.
• Website analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that records page views and approximate location at country level without cookies, without identifying you, and without tracking you across sites. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request details for security and to keep the site running. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

Who processes data for us

Our website and waitlist form are hosted by our web hosting provider, and waitlist entries may also be stored by a form-handling service; both act as processors under contract. Our email provider processes messages we send you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with lenders, advertisers or other companies.

Where your data is kept

Some providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the UK's data bridge or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until Phoenix launches and for up to twelve months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you. Hosting logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing [privacy@yourdomain] or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If that changes, we will tell you here and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Changes

We will update this notice as Phoenix develops, and the date at the top will change when we do.
